Woodland Park Estates will be governed by a Homeowners Association. Once the project has been substantially developed, the Association will be turned over to the owners of the community
The Association will be responsible for the maintenance of the common areas, including the parks, entrances and trail repair and resurfacing. The city has agreed to maintain our streets and street lights, so that cost will not be assessed against the Association.
Because of the minimal amount of maintenance that will be required, we believe that the Association fees will be around $600 per year. This fee will be subject to change based upon the obligations that the Association assumes, like deciding to build a community house on the land that has been provided to the residents for that purpose.
